The content will be dedicated to human sustainability and within it the three pillars of "wellbeing" or human well-being: psychological, physical and social. We would like our audience, i.e. the highest representatives of the management of Slovenian companies, to devote their attention to the topics of the human side of well-being, to start thinking in the direction of holistic care for their colleagues and, above all, in the direction of care for themselves. In the context of sustainability, we talk more and more often about the environment and systems of corporate management of companies, which is of course desirable, but we do not shed enough light on the human side of well-being and the effects that modern employer organizations have on the well-being of people and society in general.
