Beep Institute promotes the sustainable development of people through activities Beep Club. We provide our clients with access to current educational and professional content via an online platform Beep Boost and through participation in events Beep Talk & Sounds and meetings Beep Focus.

The development of the project is led by dr. Maja Fesel Kamenik in collaboration with a team of external collaborators. In addition, a 10-member team of employees from HRM One doo, which is the owner of Beep Institute doo at 69 %, also participates in the project.

Maja is the founder and owner of the company Beep Institute doo. At the same time, she is also the director of the HR management, education and business consulting company HRM One doo. In Beep Institute, she is responsible for concept development, finance and company management.

Hummingbirds and origami are synonymous with discovering the potential of employees in a unique way.

Hummingbirds are dynamic creatures that bring positive energy back into the world.

The choice of the hummingbird in the Beep Institute logo is not accidental. We were fascinated by its unique features that it can flap more than 90 times in a second, fly up to 800 km at a time and is the only bird that can fly backwards.

Hummingbirds are agile and quickly adapt to changes. They say that if a hummingbird crosses your path, it is trying to point out the joy in small things and the strength and potential that we carry within us.

Sophisticated turquoise is the color of creativity and open communication.

The colorful beauty of hummingbirds is nature's work of art. At the Beep Institute, we chose turquoise as a mix of blue and green, which represent wisdom and growth. Simply because, like the color of the ocean and the sky, it is a companion of our travels.

Origami is art, learning, consolidation and creativity.

The hummingbird is depicted as origami in the logo, as we want to emphasize that in order to realize one's potential, an individual does not need additional tools, only a strong will. Even with the origami technique, the goal is to transform a flat sheet of paper through various folding techniques without tools.

Our story

Incentive for the start-up of innovative companies.

The company Beep Institute doo has successfully obtained co-financing for the project of creating a platform for the development of human potential in the public call for Incentives for starting innovative companies in 2020 (P2 2020). The aim of the operation is to comprehensively and systematically approach the search for sustainable solutions for developing the potential of employees. The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Fund for Regional Development.

2020

Beep Institute becomes a company.

In the period from the revival of the idea until today, the team and I have successfully carried out several events, the goal of which was to explore the need to address potential management topics and create a business community whose members are aware of the importance of human potential. The responses of managers, entrepreneurs and HR experts confirmed that there is a great need to develop tools in the field of employee potential management. At the beginning of 2020 (February 20), the company Beep Institute doo was thus founded with a focus on how to stimulate curiosity, the desire for growth and the potential of people in the workplace and at the same time draw attention to the lack of these topics in professional circles.

2019

Focus on the development of human potential.

In 2019, the idea of Beep came to life again in the collaboration between Maja Fesel Kamenik and Nejko Grabnar, who combined more than 15 years of knowledge and experience in the fields of psychology, personnel management, marketing, communication and leadership with the aim of offering a new perspective and a new approach to managing people, providing stimulating work environments and to human development in general. The revival of Beep began as a project to help organizations effectively manage the potential of employees and the challenges they face in managing people.

The release of the first issue of the magazine Beep.​

The first issue of the Beep magazine (PROFESSIONAL MAGAZINE FOR THE FIELD OF ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT AND PEOPLE LEADERSHIP AT WORK) was published, and the first Beep conference was successfully held. Due to the ownership divorce between HRM doo and Planet GV doo, the idea was put on hold at that time, and the team unfortunately dispersed to their own areas of activity.

2015

A project that would help organizations with people management challenges.

In 2015, the initiator of the idea was the entrepreneur Maja Fesel Kamenik, PhD in psychology and at that time co-owner of the companies PLANET GV doo and HRM doo In the desire to renew the HRM magazine, the idea of a different approach to managing people (achieving business results of companies through better empowerment of employees) ). The original purpose was to promote modern HR approaches, renew the magazine and establish a portal.
