PODCAST
Hypnosis, also called hypnotherapy or hypnotic suggestion, is a trance-like state in which we have increased focus and concentration. Hypnosis is usually performed with the help of a therapist using verbal repetition and mental imagery. When you are under hypnosis, you usually feel calm and relaxed and more open to suggestions.
Hypnosis can help gain control over the behavior we want to change. This can be dealing with anxiety or pain, fears, phobias, low self-esteem, etc. Although you are more open to suggestions during hypnosis, you do not lose control of your behavior during a hypnosis session.
"Hypnotherapy helps to identify why a certain problem exists or what this problem used to be useful for," explains our interlocutor, who is an exceptional expert, at the very beginning. Irena Kahne is a clinical hypnotherapist, master hypnosis practitioner, regression therapist, advanced RTT therapist and trainer, positive psychology coach, mentor and author. She obtained accreditation as a hypnosis trainer in America, becoming the first Slovenian with this title, accredited by the American Board of Hypnotherapy.
RTT therapy is particularly relevant, as it combines the most effective elements of neurolinguistic programming (NLP), hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy. RTT practitioners take clients into a deeply relaxed trance in which they can access their subconscious mind, which holds all the answers about the root cause of the problem. The RTT method has proven to be very effective:
- in overcoming emotional problems such as anxiety, depression, fears, phobias, low self-esteem;
- various types of addiction, such as smoking, excessive alcohol consumption and drug use;
- stress and various physical problems and disorders such as insomnia, infertility, chronic pain and even irritable bowel syndrome.
After all the years of practice and studies, Irena decided to open her own ti MINDOLOGY INSTITUTE or a school of hypnotherapy, so that more people could change the world for the better.
