Beep Focus is an online event, intended for all who recognize the importance of sustainable development of human potential. 

Thematic 2-hour meeting, that takes place 6-times a year, hosts international and Slovenian experts who share their knowledge and good practices with us.

At the centre of discussion we always put some current challenges for sustainable development of employees’   and achievement of business excellence.

Research shows that in 70% of cases, efforts to fundamentally change the performance and operation of organizations are not successful. The set goals are not realized, they take too long, or the change is only temporary. The management team usually knows what needs to be done to achieve the goal, but the problem arises when it needs to be implemented. How do you make the business transformation you know needs to happen? In Beep Focus, we invited representatives of companies that successfully implemented organizational transformation: Trimo, NKBM, Pivovarna Laško Union, Knauf Insulation and international expert Perry Timms.

Janja Špiler

She is a director of Trimo Group with passion for HRM and is particularly interested in the success of employees and their good feelings. She seeks to strike a balance between hard work and employee satisfaction, which seems to be a winning combination. This balance is achieved by enabling and promoting the personal and professional development of employees. In addition, she is committed to creating inclusive, diverse and collaborative teams with positive and professional communication. In addition to the above, she is a member of the Labour Court.

Rok Zupančič

He is a procurator of Nova KBM and an experienced HR manager, trained in crisis management, negotiation, business planning, human resources consulting and deferred compensation. In addition, he prides himself with title of certified change expert. He has accumulated experience in many renowned Slovenian companies from Belinka, Mercator, Telekom Slovenija to Abanka and Nova KBM. During his time in Mercator, he also served as president of the Slovenian Human Resources Association.

Tomaž Lanišek

He is head of the Department of Development and Smart Community of the Municipality of Kranj, business advisor at TL Business Consultancy and former director of Knauf Insulation. Tomaž is regarded as an experienced manager who has accumulated experience mainly in the construction and tyre industries. He also has international education, as he continued his educational career from the University of Ljubljana to Drury University in the US and to IMD in Switzerland. He possesses the skills of negotiation, business planning, sales, management, finance and many others. Tomaž also works as a volunteer firefighter and first responder in Kranj.

Gregor Rajšp

He is director of human resources at the Laško Union Brewery, as well as a member of the European Association for People Management and president of the Slovenian Human Resources Association and the Employers' Association of Slovenia. In describing himself, he emphasizes passion, integrity and straightforwardness. Gregor also works as a mentor within AmCham Slovenia, in which he wishes to mentor and return what was given to him during his career development.

Maruška Vihar

She is director of human resources at Zavarovalnica Sava. Maruška came from legal waters and also ran her own law firm until her career path took her to Zavarovalnica Sava. She has been building her career here for almost 8 years and has moved from HR professional in less than four years to director of human resources. She is committed to pass her knowledge to others by talking at numerous events and interviews.

Perry Timms

He is an international expert in the future of work and transformation of human resources. Perry is the founder of People&Transformational HR Ltd, he also works as a teaching instructor, teaches at two uk schools and works in three other organisations. He has over 30 years of experience in HR, learning, technology, organizational change and transformation. At the same time, he is the author of the bestsellers "Transformational HR" and "Energized Workplace". He also possess the current title Number 1 Most Influential HR Thinker, awarded by HR Magazine.

    Vzpostavljanje zdravih življenjskih navad: Sodobni preventivni pristopi za ohranjanje zdravja in dobrega počutja

    Oče »wellness gibanja« Halbert L. Dunn je rekel, da »zdravje ni zgolj odsotnost bolezni, temveč stanje harmonije telesa, duha in počutja, pri čemer je človek sam odgovoren za doseganje tovrstnega stanja. Zdrav življenjski slog pa je osnova za zdravje in dobro počutje.« Ali povedano drugače. Zdrav življenjski slog je v resnici ravnotežje različnih komponent. Je način življenja, v katerem je več pozitivnih kot negativnih čustev, in je slog, s katerim preprečimo tisto, kar bi lahko dolgoročno obžalovali. V resnici ni nikakršno pretiravanje z ničimer. A kaj to pomeni? Koliko in kakšno gibanje ta koncept zajema? Katere prehranske dodatke, koliko otroške nabritosti in radovednosti? Koliko trdega dela in koliko počitka? Kakšno dihanje in koliko osmišljanja dela in samouresničitve v zasebnem življenju? Koliko nežnosti do sebe in drugih in koliko discipline? In če hočete, koliko orgazmov in smeha? In to je bila tudi tematika tokratnega Beep Focusa, že šestega po vrsti. Ob poplavi trendov, različnih napotil in nasvetov, kako je pa res zdravo živeti, kvazi strokovnjakov in gurujev, ki jih je naplavila še posebej pandemija, smo v goste povabili strokovnjake, ki so nas usmerili na argumentiran, znanstven, strokoven in tehten način.

    Transformacija podjetja: Kako spremeniti miselnost in vedenjske vzorce zaposlenih?

    Vsem znan pregovor Petra Druckerja, svetovno priznanega strokovnjaka na področju organizacij in vodenja, pravi, da: »Kultura poje poslovno strategijo za zajtrk.« Slednje potrjujejo tudi številne raziskave, ki ugotavljajo, da je za kontinuirano rast in transformacijo organizacije potrebno na prvo mesto postaviti spremembo kulture (Gartner, 2020). Naj omenimo še dejstvo, da v 70 odstotkih primerov prizadevanja za temeljito spremembo uspešnosti in delovanja organizacij niso uspešna. Zastavljeni cilji se ne uresničijo, trajajo predolgo, ali pa je sprememba zgolj začasna. Zato smo oktobrski Beep Focus namenili tematiki transformacije podjetja in k sodelovanju povabili predstavnike podjetij Trimo, NKBM, Pivovarne Laško Union, Knauf Insulation ter Zavarovalnice Sava, kjer so uspešno izvedli organizacijsko transformacijo, da z nami delijo svoje znanje in izkušnje.

    Zakaj deliti uspeh podjetja z zaposlenimi ?

    V poslovnem svetu je zaznati vedno več podjetij, ki so odločajo, da lastništvo podjetja delijo med zaposlene, saj na tak način pri zaposlenih spodbujajo podjetniško miselnost. Tako imajo zaposleni občutek, da resnično delajo zase in za vse, obenem pa se krepi njihova proaktivnost in prevzemanje odgovornosti. Sledenje pa se odraža v nadpovprečni dodani vrednosti na zaposlenega in izjemnih poslovnih prebojih podjetja. Tudi v Sloveniji se povečuje delež podjetij, ki zaposlenim omogočajo vstop v lastniško strukturo podjetja in poročajo o izjemnih rezultatih. V našo sredo smo povabili strokovnjake, ki so z različnih zornih kotov osvetlili tematiko ter predstavili svoje izkušnje, razloge za tovrstno odločitev in seveda priložnosti ter izzive, ki pridejo zraven.

    Kako vzpostaviti kulturo podajanja povratnih informacij?

    Povratna informacija je ključno orodje razvoja zaposlenih. Je del procesa spremljanja zaposlenega pri njegovem delu in predstavlja način komunikacije, preko katerega običajno vodja zaposlenemu podaja informacije o njegovem vedenju ali določenih vidikih delovanja z namenom izboljšanja rezultatov, procesov ali odnosa. Zato je smiselno v podjetju spodbujati kulturo povratnih informacij in razvijati zaposlene tako, da bodo znali tako podati kot sprejeti povratno informacijo – tako pozitivno kot negativno. Na srečanju smo s priznanimi strokovnjaki odkrivali, kakšni so najboljši načini podajanja pohval in kritik, kateri so ključni izzivi pri vzpostavljanju omenjene kulture in kako se z izzivi učinkovito soočati.

    Kako v podjetjih vzpostaviti in ohranjati prihološko varnost?

    Zmožnost posameznika, da izraža in uveljavlja svoje mnenje brez strahu pred negativnimi posledicami je ena ključnih definicij prihološke varnosti. ko se zaposleni počutijo sprejete, spoštovane in razumljene, postanejo tudi bolj odprti, odporni na kritike in motivirani za delo, kar se vse odraža v sposobnosti podjetja, da dosega vrhunske rezultate in poslovne preboje. S strokovnjaki smo ugotavljali, zakaj je psihološka varnost sploh pomembna, kakšne so posledice, če je v podjetjih ne zagotavljamo, ter predstavljali dobre prakse načinov ohranjanja psihološke varnosti v podjetjih.

    Kaj so največji izzivi in hkrati priložnosti dela na daljavo, ki predstavlja novo realnost? Tematiko smo s strokovnjaki v fokusu obravnavali z različnih zornih kotov razvoja človeškega potenciala: mindset, wellbeing in opportunities.

    Nastja Mulej, goreča zagovornica kreativnosti kot temeljne kompetence 21.stoletja, Mateja Panjan, kreatorka novih načinov dela, Gašper Hren, agilni coach, in Urška Jež, strastna snovalka inovativnih projektov raziskujejo pomen kreativnosti, in pristope ki jih sami uporabljajo za viharjenje sinaps in idej v visokozmogljivih ekipah. Delimo prakse in izkušnje, pristope in tehnike, metode in recepte za kreativnost in inovativnost.
